Seems that the world's largest retailer, Wal-Mart, who incidentally is the single largest benefactor of eminent domain claims in the United States, is in a juxtaposition. A suburb in the San Francisco Bay area is turning the tables on Wal-Mart and pursuing using eminent domain in an effort to reacquire some valuable waterfront property.
